Why No Refunds?

Our products are specialized research compounds that require specific handling, storage, and shipping conditions. Once shipped, we cannot verify the integrity of returned products, and accepting returns would compromise our quality standards for all customers.

Customs & Seized Shipments

We are not responsible for orders that are held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities. Customs clearance and import duties are the customer's responsibility. We work with reliable shipping partners to minimize issues, but cannot guarantee delivery in all jurisdictions.

Damaged Products

If you receive a visibly damaged package, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement at our discretion for verified shipping damage.

Membership Fees

Annual membership fees ($79/year) are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Please ensure you understand our products and policies before subscribing.
