What do I receive with each order?▼
Each order includes lyophilized (freeze-dried) compound with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying purity via HPLC/MS testing.
What payment methods do you accept?▼
We accept cryptocurrency payments through Coinbase Commerce, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and other major cryptocurrencies. This ensures privacy and fast, secure transactions.
How are products shipped?▼
Orders are processed within 5-7 business days and shipped from our facilities in China/India. Delivery takes 15-21 business days worldwide. Shipping is $65 flat rate, or free on orders over $500. All products are shipped in secure, discreet packaging.
What about customs and import duties?▼
Customs clearance and any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the customer's responsibility. We work with reliable shipping partners to minimize issues, but cannot guarantee customs clearance in all jurisdictions. We are not responsible for orders held or seized by customs.
How should I store the products?▼
Unopened/Lyophilized: Store at -20°C, protected from light. Reconstituted: Store at 2-8°C (refrigerator), use within 30 days. Important: Do not freeze reconstituted solutions.
Do you provide certificates of analysis?▼
Yes, Certificates of Analysis (COA) are included with all orders. COAs include purity analysis, HPLC data, and mass spectrometry verification. For additional COA requests, contact our research team.
What is your refund policy?▼
